Birth Unlimited is a non-profit, consumer organization who helps families make the most informed choices during the childbearing years and beyond. We publish and provide Birthing magazine free to the community, maintain a childbirth focused library, organize educational opportunities, and host Calgary’s best consumer-based website for information on childbirth choices in our city (and more). We offer a complimentary one-year membership for expectant families.

The Kara Program is a multi-dimensional program that helps pregnant and parenting students (male & female) in the Calgary Catholic School District to remain in school while addressing the unique challenges of pregnant and parenting adolescents. Kara students have access to the services of the Kara Team, made up of the Kara Teacher/Counsellor, Social Worker, and Nurse.
