Covering both classics and modern musicals with our expanded live band, we will bring the humour, the drama and the spectacle of the Great White Way to Calgary. This family friendly event will have you laughing, tapping your toes and singing along. We are also thrilled to collaborate with Calgary’s Storybook Theatre as they lend their expertise in the creation process and even join us on stage to perform. This unique collaboration promises to be a dynamic and exciting show with incredible vocals, harmony, choreography and acting. Get ready to hear the amazing sounds of Revv52 in the Taylor Centre’s Bella Concert Hall at MRU for 2 days only! On Broadway promises to be an evening of wonder and enchantment that will linger in your memory long after the curtain falls. With 52 wireless microphones, a live band and incredible singers, we are unlike any other vocal chorus as there is no limit to our staging capabilities and talent. Many of our members are professionals in the industry who perform, compose music and play instruments but here at Revv52 we are one big family! Revv52 is Calgary’s longest running vocal ensemble. The group has been making music in Calgary since 1952 and the audience continues to grow locally and around the world. Under the guidance of Artistic Director John Morgan, the group produces at least 3 large shows per year along with charitable functions and special performances.
