Make-A-Wish® Trailblaze for Wishes.

Make-A-Wish® Trailblaze for Wishes is a 10-week virtual challenge, which asks you to Hike, Walk, or Run your chosen challenge distance: 50K, 100K, or 200K. You set the pace, time, and destination. Get outdoors, track your kilometres, and raise funds to help children with critical illnesses. By participating and fundraising, you help bring the life-changing impact of a wish to children in the community who are battling life-threatening medical conditions. A wish experience can truly change a child's life, and you can help!

Ultimate Summer Challenge at Calgary Public Library.

National Music Centre to Reopen Studio Bell on July 1.

National Music Centre to Reopen Studio Bell on July 1! Enjoy free admission on Canada Day and four weekends in July! The reopening will coincide with two significant milestones: Canada Day celebrations and Studio Bell’s five-year anniversary. From July 2 to 25, admission will be free on weekends. Reserve your tickets online. Tickets must be booked in advance and arrivals must be on time to ensure entry at preferred time. Studio Bell will be open July 1 to July 4 for its extended opening weekend from 10am to 5pm. It will then be open on Saturdays and Sundays only from 10am to 5pm, operating at reduced capacity until further notice.

Discover why wetlands are important and get an up-close view of the amazing critters that live below the surface during a pond dip. This program is free! Participants must be accompanied by an adult and pre-registration is required. Recommended for family cohorts with children aged 5 to 12.
