Take a 60-minute guided walking tour around the vibrant lands at The Confluence and learn some of the many histories of this significant place, including the history of the NWMP and their contribution to the birth of the city of Calgary, the railway, and the ways that many people have used this site since time immemorial.

Have you ever visited the lands at The Confluence and been inspired by its beauty? Join local artist Krystelle Celestino Wurst from Krystelle Creations for a stroll and sketch across the parkland! Enjoy the unique mix of inner city and nature in this approximately 1.5 km walk with frequent stops to sketch and reflect. Krystelle will guide your inspiration and creative process, while teaching the values of community-based art practices. All ages and levels of experience welcome!
Basic supplies (i.e. paper, pencils) are provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own art supplies.
