Weekly Art & Nature Summer Camps offer kids a hands-on connection to art, nature and Alberta’s heritage. Musicworks Canada is the largest music-centered academy in Canada with global outreach programs in Africa and Asia to share our love of music worldwide. We offer a range of lessons, maintenance, and retail services, as well as AI-driven math tutoring and coding programs in partnership with SPRIX, a Japanese education firm. Sing, dance, act! SHOWBIZ KIDS is a fun and engaging musical theatre summer camp with the Youth Singers. Weeklong full-day camps for Grades 3 to 8. Campers will take part in choral, choreography, and theatre sessions. They’ll write a script, experience a number of popular styles of music and dance, learn about character development, participate in a professional recording session, and end the week performing in a mini-musical. SHOWBIZ KIDS week-long half-day camps for Grade 1 to Grade 2. Campers will explore music and self-expression in theatre arts through listening, movement/dance, games, imaginative characterization, and singing. All camps are led by professional artistic instructors.

Based in the beautiful arts hub at cSPACE in Marda Loop, Quest Theatre summer camps are a nurturing environment for your young creators to make friends, build confidence, and create and perform in an original devised performance by the end of their camp. Camp CFIS offers week-long themed camps for kids aged three to Grade 3 and for three age levels: Mighty Munchkins (three to four-and-a-half years), Kickoff To Kindergarten (for upcoming Kindergarteners), and Clever Kids (Grades 1-3). Activities include indoor and outdoor games, crafts, ball sports, and playground play. Kickoff to Kindergarten and Clever Kids have weekly field trips and themed guest presentations. Polyglots Summer Camps offer a fun, playful way for children to learn French and Spanish. Whether your child is new to the language or already speaks French or Spanish, they’ll have fun at Polyglots. Children will learn about different countries, cultures and traditions as they make art, play games, read stories, and do STEM activities. As they play, they will learn and practice words and phrases in the target language. We have six weeks of day camps available for children ages five to 11. Previous knowledge in the language is not required. We are here to learn while having fun!

A volunteer-based charity since 2003 that helps youth cast their dreams by providing youth living in low-income situations the opportunity to experience a sponsored outdoor summer camp. Camp Fish'n Around enables youth to learn conservation, fishing, survival skills and Canadian studies. Transportation provided by camp charter bus only. If you know a youth living in low income who could benefit from a fishing camp experience, please have them contact us. Volunteer opportunities are also available.

Epic Fencing Club is hosting half-day beginner fencing summer camps between the weeks of July 17 and August 11. Campers will play games to develop physical literacy and cooperation while learning fencing skills. The fencing skills component will include footwork, bladework, and strategy. Camp hours are 9am to 12pm. 

Join us this summer for eight weeks of gymnastics fun! Summer camps for kids ages six to 12 run for four or five consecutive days as full-day camps. Established in 2011, Safer Cycling Calgary offers bicycle education courses for almost everyone, because you don't know what you don't know about cycling. We have courses for ages four and up to learn how to ride a two-wheeler, and for older cyclists to ride for transportation on roads. Camp Amicus is a unique summer camp program designed specifically for children and youth ages eight to 18 with learning disabilities and/or ADHD. Our camp goals are to increase the camper's confidence, self-esteem, and social skills in a fun and safe environment. With our 3:1 ratio of campers to counselors, participants are able to get the individualized attention that they deserve and need. Financial assistance is available, and most camps qualify for FSCD Funding. 

RCC offers after school, weekend and summer camp programming for children and youth ages six to 17. A 3:1 staff/youth ratio ensures that we are able to plan recreational and growth opportunities that are specific to your child’s developmental needs. Ask us about free programming, subsidy and billing to Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD).

Camp Kasota West, located on the shores of Sylvan Lake, is an overnight camp for children and youth. Trained counselors provide programming including archery, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, crafts, campfires, and discovery hour. Specialty programs: Sailing and Counselors-in-Training. YMCA Calgary operates an overnight summer camp and outdoor education program site at Camp Chief Hector YMCA. Operated year-round, Camp Chief Hector YMCA provides nature-based programming to youth. Campers get to immerse themselves in nature and gain leadership skills through facilitated programs such as archery, canoeing, low ropes courses, and so much more. These outdoor spaces and overnight camps allow YMCA Calgary to deliver programs, services, and opportunities to help the Calgary community connect with others, build lifelong skills, and keep active and healthy.
