Join us at Southcentre Mall for a celebration half a century in the making. We’re aiming to raise $50,000 for the Calgary Food Bank's baby hampers, and we need your help to make it happen. Rent roller skates and hit the rink in Centre Court! It’s free for everyone on August 7th starting at 12:30pm. From August 8th to September 7th, you can skate from noon until one hour before the mall closes by making a minimum $5 donation to the Calgary Food Bank. Sign up for the Southcentre newsletter to stay in the know for special themed skating nights throughout the month. Please note, no roller blades will be allowed on the rink, only roller skates available for rent. Additional safety gear (like helmets, elbow and knee pads, wrist guards, etc.) will not be available, so please plan to bring your own if you would like to use them while skating.
