Calgary Baby & Tot Show

Takes place March 9, 9:30am to 5:30pm and March 10, 11am to 5pm. The Calgary Baby & Tot Show is a demographic-specific consumer tradeshow designed to offer everything needed from pre-baby to toddlers to school-age children. Local and National businesses will showcase the latest products and services assisting parents and caregivers. This Spring, the show is thrilled to have a Meet and Greet with Chase from Paw Patrol on both days, plus many wonderful interactive performances throughout the weekend. There are Educational Seminars, Arts & Crafts, Face Painting, Parented Play Zones, and Non-Stop Entertainment for the whole family. When the Elders of the Community choose him to be the Receiver of Memory, Jonas starts a journey to uncover the truth of this place he has always called home. The more he learns, the more he realizes the Community has systematically given up much of what gives life its meaning: color, music, truth, and love. At the end of the story, Jonas faces a decision that will define him and, ultimately, set a course toward hope. This show is recommended for ages 10 and up. Penguin Walk at the Calgary Zoo.

Take place now through March 31. 2019 Marks the 7th Year of the Calgary Zoo Penguin Walk! This incredible program allows visitors to get an up-close look at the group of king penguins as they explore, exercise, and waddle their way through the zoo. This is a free-choice activity for the penguins and is subject to weather conditions. *Note: If the temperature warms up to +5ºC, drops to below -25ºC, or the wind exceeds 20km/h, it will be cancelled for the safety of the penguins. Please check the zoo's homepage and social media channels for any updates to the walk due to weather.
