Takes place October 12 to 14. Thanksgiving Weekend at Heritage Park. Enjoy one last weekend of historic fun before the Park’s summer season comes to an end. Watch pumpkin-baking demonstrations, partake in Thanksgiving-themed crafts and games, and more!

Tickets on sale now. Event takes places October 5, 11, 12, 19 & 26. Join Butterfield Acres after-hours for a fun Fall evening! Perfect for a night out with your special someone, a girls’ night, or grab a big group of friends! The farmyard opens for visits with the animals at 5pm, until the hunt starts at 6:15pm. From there, you will go on a sunset tractor-pulled wagon ride out through the back pasture to the pumpkin patch. Once everyone has found their pumpkin, you will head back to Prairie Palace for pumpkin carving! Outside, there will be a campfire and enjoy hot chocolate and s'mores. It’s harvest fun at its best! There are a limited number of tickets available for each night. This event sold out last year, so buy your tickets early! Tickets are only available to purchase online (no ticket sales at the door). Tickets are $19.99 plus GST.

Tickets are on sale now! Harvest Pumpkin Hunts at Butterfield Acres Farm takes place place weekends in October. Off you will go on a tractor-pulled hay wagon, rolling through the crunchy Fall leaves, hoping to find some kid-sized pumpkins! Then you will decorate them into creative masterpieces to take home and, of course, visit with the farm animals, too! Must purchase tickets in advance; call 403-239-0638 or visit the website.

Storyteller/Musician Samantha Whelan Kotkas and her friends will entertain you and your children with musical interactive tales of child-accessible hikes in the Rocky Mountains. Teach your child about courage, unity, joyfulness, and caring in an afternoon of fun and adventure. An event for the whole family that you will want to be a part of. Meet a superhero, pick out the perfect pumpkin, see a magic show, go on a pony ride, get your face painted, decorate a mini pumpkin, load up on candy at the Great Pumpkin Explosion, and spend hours at over 30 attractions! Every child gets a free mini pumpkin. Admission free for ages 2 and under.

Show your Calgary Co-op membership card on October 12 to 14, 2019 and receive admission for $15 plus GST each for up to four people! Calgary Co-op membership card must be shown.
