Santa is coming to the Market! Visit the Calgary Christmas Market to chat with Santa from a safe distance so he can be in tip-top health for his big journey on Christmas Eve! Don’t forget to drop your letter to Santa in the North Pole mailbox and you’ll receive a letter in return. A professional photographer will snap a festive family photo and with some holiday magic, Santa will appear in the photo! Pre-Sale Timed Tickets Only. Takes place November 27 to 29 and December 4 to 6. The health and well-being of Santa and all families who visit is top priority. Pre-sale Timed Tickets are required to take part in the Santa Experience. No walk-ins permitted. Each ticketed session is 10 minutes to ensure you have a pleasant experience.

A Holiday Market is coming to #17thavesw! This market runs every Saturday and Sunday from November 14 until December 6! Calgary’s professional chamber choir Luminous Voices is planning a festive weekend of Christmas music with COVID-safe performances, culminating in their second Car Choir on December 6. Luminous Voices will be using a small FM transmitter to enable a controlled, safe, and physically distant ensemble concert. Drive up and enjoy the mini-concert broadcast into your car through an unused FM signal. Tickets are $25 per vehicle. Upon arrival, choose a parking spot, tune into the designated FM signal on your car radio, and enjoy the concert! Bring coffee and favorite car snacks to enjoy! You can also hear Luminous Voices spreading Christmas Cheer at the Heritage Park Market Night on December 4, from 6 to 7pm in Lot B. On December 5 from 7 to 8pm, Luminous Voices will be adding to the festive atmosphere in a garden of lights at ZOOLIGHTS! For more information, visit the website.  

Takes place November 16 to January 10. Legacy’s 6th Annual Christmas Light Parade is back! With over 1 million lights, Legacy will be one of the brightest places in Calgary for you and your family to enjoy this holiday season. It is free for anyone to come and drive through the community or bundle up and take a walk along the many lit-up streets, parks, and through tunnels of lights. This year, there will be over 200,000 lights, new figurines, and twinkling Christmas trees, and many other things to do! Take a glide on the skating rink located at 412 Legacy View SE. Tour decorated show homes from WestCreek Homes and Look Master Builder. Check out Shane Homes Grizwald House inspired decorations - you'll be blinded by the light! Visit Wolf Willow for free hot drinks from food trucks on December 5,12, and 19.

Visit Spruce Meadows to enjoy the thousands of twinkling lights, festive displays, and holiday tunes - all from the comfort of your vehicle. Tune your radio to 87.9 FM to listen to the festive music while you enjoy the Christmas Lights Drive Through. Takes place Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout December until January 3. The drive through will not be available on Christmas Day. Visitors must remain in their vehicles at all times. There are no buildings or facilities open and walking is not permitted. ZOOLIGHTS, presented by Olympia Trust Company, is back for its 24th year! Calgary's award-winning, magical holiday tradition will be glowing for six weeks of festive family-friendly fun. The Calgary Zoo is committed to helping you enjoy the magic of ZOOLIGHTS in a safe and physically-distanced way while supporting wildlife conservation. Timed tickets are required and must be purchased online in advance. Tickets will not be sold onsite. Tickets are available in limited quantities each night - first come, first served! Don't delay, get your tickets while you can!

Celebrating 25 Years of Family Traditions! Open every evening December 1 to 31, from 6 to 9pm. With free parking and admission by cash donation, the Festival is a low-cost way to bring family and friends together.
