This annual show is a major fundraiser for The Calgary Rock and Lapidary Club and is Calgary’s only gem show operated by a non-profit. With more than fifty dealers featuring gem, minerals, fossil, crystals, lapidary collections, specialty rocks, jewelry findings and supplies, and beads, making it one of the largest shows in Western Canada.

The YYC Nature Centre, Cobb’s Adventure Park and Cobb’s Exotic Animal Rescue are partnering up to bring an exciting event to the Nutrien Western Event Centre at Stampede Park. Poke a porcupine! Pet a Python! Make friends with a parrot! And many more amazing animals. Exhibits include Welcome to the Jungle, Australian Down Under, Responsibly Exotic, Cold Blooded Creatures, and Mammal and Birds.

A grand display of hot rods, classics, custom builds, muscle cars, and antiques with an estimated 400 vehicles set to attend at Heritage Park. Admission is free with regular parking fees in effect.

Join us at Southcentre Mall from June 3rd to 23rd for our fourth annual Indigenous History Month celebration in partnership with Authentically Indigenous. This month-long event will foster understanding, appreciation, and celebration of Canada’s Indigenous Peoples. We will have special signs around the farm with info on specific moms and babies, lots of cute spring PHOTO OPS, the opportunity to see and maybe even help with BOTTLE FEEDING our spring babies, and some heart-warming up-close moments with some favourite farm animals! Learn the art of finger weaving, the Indigenous technique that uses only yarn, willing hands, and creativity — no loom required! Chantal Stormsong Chagnon, a Cree Métis artist and storyteller, will guide you through her weaving workshop, while providing teachings and stories along the way. Materials are provided.
