Da Vinci The Exhibition is a hands-on exploration of Leonardo da Vinci's life, research, and art, developed by Aurea Exhibitions and produced by Imagine Exhibitions, Inc. Guests can go beyond the canvas, exploring over 65 life-size inventions, more than 20 fine art studies, and captivating displays.

Join to observe this amazing partial eclipse with the RAO’s pop-up observatory on the University of Calgary campus. Solar telescopes, and a limited amount of eclipse glasses, will be available to safely view the eclipse, one per family. You will find the pop-up observatory in the green space next the LRT University Station.

Come celebrate Southcentre Mall’s 50th Anniversary with a nostalgic drive-in movie featuring Back to the Future and a spectacular fireworks show! This is a ticketed event with limited spots. All ticket sales will be donated to The Calgary Food Bank. Please note one ticket equals one parking stall reservation. You can bring as many people as your car has seats. See the FAQ below for more details. Schedule 8:30PM – Park your vehicle and check out the vendors on-site. 10PM – Firework Show! Hosted by our friends who organize Calgary’s Global Fest. 10:20PM – Back To The Future starts. Get cozy and tune your radio to enjoy the movie from the comfort of your vehicle. FAQs Do I need a vehicle to join? The drive-in movie spots are for vehicles only with a purchased ticket. There will be no outdoor seating to accommodate walk-ins. How does a Drive In work? Security will direct your vehicle when you arrive. Larger vehicles will be placed at the back of the lot and smaller vehicles near the front so everyone can enjoy the movie. There is a dedicated radio station for the movie to tune in and listen in your vehicle’s sound system. Are there any vehicle restrictions? Parking spots are standard size. No RVs, camper vans, truck campers, or large vehicles that extend beyond a standard stall. If I don’t get a ticket, can I watch the fireworks? Yes, the fireworks will go off the rooftop around 10PM, so you can enjoy them from anywhere outside of the drive-in movie area Does each person in my vehicle need a ticket? No, one ticket books one parking spot. Bring some friends and fill up your car seats to enjoy the show! Don’t miss out on this exciting event to mark a milestone for Southcentre Mall!
