Join Spark this Seniors’ Week for a 45-minute, fun, and approachable session where guests will be introduced to the world of AI! Using iPads equipped with AI technology and tools, Spark Science Guides will lead seniors through identifying and navigating potential misinformation and scams while answering all questions about AI.

Take a 60-minute guided walking tour around the vibrant lands at The Confluence and learn some of the many histories of this significant place, including the history of the NWMP and their contribution to the birth of the city of Calgary, the railway, and the ways that many people have used this site since time immemorial. The walk is approximately 1.5 km and covers various terrains.
Walks take place rain or shine, so come dressed for the weather. Access to the cultural centre requires additional admission. Recommended for ages 10+.

The object is to run, walk, ski or bike to a series of points shown on the map, choosing routes that will help you find all the required points and get back to the finish in the shortest amount of time.
