Do you like to spend time outside in the city? Do you wish you knew more about the environment around you while visiting the river valley and urban parks? Spend an hour with us outside learning about plants, animals, trees, and more at The Confluence parkland as we discover what grows here, which animals can be found, and how they come together to create our environment.
We’ll provide guidebooks, binoculars, and magnifying glasses to help you explore, and participants are encouraged to bring their own notebooks if they are interested in logging information. After this program, a walk through the park will never be the same!
