This is a great opportunity for your family to try a new sport! BMX is great for people ages 4 to 100 who want to have fun, improve their cycling skills, and be active while outdoors. BMX Day in Alberta is a great opportunity to try BMX for free! All you need is a parent/guardian over 18 years, long pants, long sleeves, sneakers, and gloves. They provide the bikes, helmets, and instruction. There will be a cash concession on-site for drinks and snacks. Directions: From intersection Hwy 1A (Bow Valley Trail) and Hwy 22 - take Hwy 22 north for approximately 1 kilometre, then take the first left onto Range Road 43. They are the first turn on the left (approximately 400 yards from Hwy 22).
