Even though, as a parent, you don’t really want to think about school lunches yet, you have to! And now’s a great time to get organized and get your kids excited about packing THEIR OWN lunches! Explain to your kids how it’s going to work and that they get to choose the foods they eat in their lunch. This will make them feel more in control and increase the chances of them actually eating it (there’s nothing worse than a warm, gross uneaten school lunch coming home!). Tune in for Sarah's expert tips to get your kids packing - literally!

Monday, August 26
Guest: Dr. Farrah Sunderji, OD, Representative for Alberta Association of Optometrists (AAO)

But this is easy to remedy by getting your child an eye exam before thE school bell rings. Tune in for Dr. Sunderji's medical expert advice on the importance of childhood eye exams.
